Ms. Marijke Brinkman

Ms. Brinkman has used the largest management system in the world for more than 20 years. She owned several successful companies in L.A. before moving to the East Coast. She has a keen business sense and although personable she has the ability to cut to the chase and get the things done she has set out to do.

Fully versed in a unique system of learning, which is developed as a means to enable anybody to learn a subject and then apply it, she decided to take this system to the test and see if it was workable. Through that method, she taught herself several languages to the degree that she actually was a speaker for over 13 years in 4 languages. Since she has firsthand experience that things can be learned and then applied successfully to great results, she has total certainty that she can convey these concepts to others in a clear and concise way so they know what steps to take to be successful and then create their individual dreams!

Living at the East Coast she has taken on a new career by working in the banking industry dealing with financing real estate. She has great insight handling the financing end of any real estate venture. And has since branched out into real estate investing, which has become the perfect niche for her and the various clients.

She has partnerships with different team members that own multi-unit apartment buildings and wants to share how this can be done.

She said in a recent interview, “Multi-unit real estate investing as the program that we have developed will bring the investor relative peace of mind and a stable source of income after the initial set up time. Mr. Zahid M. Qureshi

Mr. Qureshi brings a wealth of educational knowledge to the team. He earned his bachelor's degree in Aeronautical engineering at Air Force College of Aeronautical Engineering and went on to do postgraduate courses in Systems Analysis at MIT. In addition he has been trained in Hubbard Management System, the largest used management system in the world today and has taught business administration at Hubbard College for three years.

He also brings a wealth of business know-how to the team.

He worked in high tech industry for 20 years and founded Integrated Computer Systems in 1983, that specialized in microcomputer networks and installation.

He also founded MED-ICS Diagnostic Services in 1992 that specialized in servicing and analyzing computerized medical diagnostic systems.

In 2001 he started Hubbard College of Administration, New York, part of a non-profit world wide network of colleges that teaches the world's largest used management system.

He is involved in many civic projects, including volunteering for New York Firefighters Detoxification Project that helped clear lung and body ailments for over 150 firefighters who were injured and disabled due to inhaling debris at the 9/11 site. Additionally he worked with Greater New York Chamber of Commerce to educate local businesses in how to handle the after-effects of 9/11.

Currently he is working on a project to rehab previously incarcerated individuals in getting them housing, education and jobs and eventually home ownership. The project is located in Los Angeles and will be expanded to 39 other metropolitan areas once fully established as a pilot project.

He has, of course, helped trained hundreds of students in multi-unit real estate to be successful investors. Putting students through one-on-one training, buying multi-unit properties is his forte.
