Mr. Zahid M. Qureshi
Executive Director, Citi Development
Mr. Qureshi brings a wealth of educational knowledge to the team. He earned his bachelor's degree in Aeronautical engineering at Air Force College of Aeronautical Engineering and went on to do postgraduate courses in Systems Analysis at MIT. In addition he has been trained in Hubbard Management System, the largest used management system in the world today and has taught business administration at Hubbard College for three years.
He also brings a wealth of business know-how to the team.
He worked in high tech industry for 20 years and founded Integrated Computer Systems in 1983, that specialized in microcomputer networks and installation.
He also founded MED-ICS Diagnostic Services in 1992 that specialized in servicing and analyzing computerized medical diagnostic systems.
In 2001 he started Hubbard College of Administration, New York, part of a non-profit world wide network of colleges that teaches the world's largest used management system.
He is involved in many civic projects, including volunteering for New York Firefighters Detoxification Project that helped clear lung and body ailments for over 150 firefighters who were injured and disabled due to inhaling debris at the 9/11 site. Additionally he worked with Greater New York Chamber of Commerce to educate local businesses in how to handle the after-effects of 9/11.
Currently he is working on a project to rehab previously incarcerated individuals in getting them housing, education and jobs and eventually home ownership. The project is located in Los Angeles and will be expanded to 39 other metropolitan areas once fully established as a pilot project.
He has, of course, helped trained hundreds of students in multi-unit real estate to be successful investors. Putting students through one-on-one training, buying multi-unit properties is his forte. |
