KLN Real Estate Services, Inc. is a commercial building brokerage located on Long Island, New York. KLN focuses on the development, operation, acquisition and management of high-quality commercial medical office buildings. In an environment of declining reimbursements and escalating costs, medical office building development remains a viable long term wealth creation vehicle for our physician clients.

The company provides full service real estate advisory services as well as an array of design and construction management services to our clients. In addition KLN services include tenant and owner representation, design and construction management services.

Christopher Litrel is an attorney licensed to practice law in New York, Georgia and before the United States Supreme Court and is senior attorney at the Litrel Law Center which specializes in real estate, corporate, estate planning and asset protection law. Since 2001, Chris has helped develop several commercial buildings that resulted in significant wealth creation for owners and investors.

In 2007, Chris founded KLN Real Estate Services, Inc. to expand these services by providing office development and commercial real estate brokerage services for physicians and business owners.

Chris graduated from the University of Michigan with degrees in economics and Asian studies and the St. John's University School of Law where he was awarded the St. Thomas More full tuition scholarship student. Chris is married, has two children and resides in East Northport, New York.

David NgDavid Ng is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York with more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry. David started his career selling Florida Real Estate for the General Development Corporation. He has also spent time working with the prestigious real estate firms of Coldwell Banker and Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.

In 2005, David founded K&D Management of NY Corp., which specializes in property management for owners and investors. David graduated from Polytechnic University of New York with a degree in engineering and earned his Masters of Business Administration from Long Island University–CW Post. David is married, has two children and resides in Dix Hills, New York.

Charles is a licensed real estate agent with more than 10 years experience in sales, marketing and customer relations. He has held positions in health care industry where he worked closely with physicians and other healthcare providers.

Charles joined KLN Real Estate Services, Inc. in 2009 to assist physician clients successfully complete medical office building acquisition and development as a long term wealth creation vehicle.

Charles earned his Masters of Business Administration from Long Island University. Charles is married, has one child and resides in Fort Salonga, New York.
