Christopher J. Litrel is an attorney admitted to practice in New York, Georgia and before the United States Supreme Court. In addition, Mr. Litrel is admitted to the Eastern District of New York, United States District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
Mr. Litrel founded the Litrel Law Center in 2003 to provide legal services focused on assisting clients achieve, maintain and expand their business and real estate investment success. The practice focuses on real estate, business/corporate, estate planning and asset protection law.
Throughout his career, Mr. Litrel has addressed corporate, healthcare, insurance, real estate and estate planning and asset protection legal matters for physicians, health care providers, government agencies and private and mutual companies. Mr. Litrel served as Associate Counsel for Stony Brook University Hospital, Associate General Counsel for American Dental Centers and American Medical and Life Insurance Company and attorney for New York Life Insurance Company.
Mr. Litrel attended St. John's University of Law on merit based full tuition scholarship and has undergraduate degrees in Economics and Chinese Studies from the University of Michigan.
ANTHONY J. GALLO received his Juris Doctor Degree from Hofstra University School of Law and was admitted to the practice of law at the State and Federal level in 1997.
Mr. Gallo is an active member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and is currently the co-chairman of the Suffolk County Bar Association Entertainment Law Committee.
Mr. Gallo is an experienced New York entertainment attorney with particular expertise in music industry matters. Published author of articles on various aspects of the law and how it pertains to the music industry. Most noted works include "By The Way, what Exactly is Music Publishing" and "Recording Artist Royalties: What does the Record Company Really Owe You?" Past editor of the entertainment law column "In The Business" featured in "Expose NY Magazine." Extensive deal negotiation experience including "major label" record deals and extensive music licensing and transactional intellectual property experience and procuring recording contracts for aspiring artists.
